iCloud - Apple Cloud Storage Service

I have been thinking about the cloud app-based systems I can use for my businesses today.

Currently, I use OS X & iOS apps which communicates with a OS X Server-based system for controlling all of the data and programs the OS X & iOS apps take control of and manipulate.

I would like to run a localised iCloud - something that I can control, whilst unlocking the power of the Apple iCloud servers when I need more space or need a test area for a client without unlocking parts of my own system to the client.
