MaX Saxe Design Not Affected by OVH Strasbourg Data Centre Fire

It has all gone wrong for OVH and their customers in Strasbourg - fire ripped through the data centre.

Thank goodness we do not host in OVH data centres and we have data all over the World.

MaX Saxe Design hosts its websites on Cloudflare and has copies all over the World in over 200 locations.

MaX Saxe Design has six core locations for backups of all web data.

In total, MaX Saxe Design has website data in a few-thousand locations around the World based on geographic location, redundancy and resiliency.

I do not feel sorry for the companies who lost years of data because OVH was their only provider and Strasbourg was their only data centre location.

Having an off-site backup of one rack in the same data centre is not a good idea; the same for having the off-site backup for the HQ in the same data centre as your off-site servers.
