Can you ditch the use of the HDMI 2.0 port on the 2020 Mac mini M1 to use both Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports to drive two 6K monitors? Both Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports can drive displays. The M1 GPU should be capable of driving two 6K displays; it may be able to support two 8K displays.
